We created a content and communications strategy for the British Council Architecture exhibition Venice Takeaway, part of the British Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale.

This incorporated creation of a competitor analysis and a detailed audit of the British Council’s ability to deliver an innovative digital and communications content. We delivered an internal workshop day that developed, in collaboration with the client, a set of aims and objectives which formed the basis of an indepth content and communications strategy, including an implementation plan, outline of key deliverables and fully costed budget.
